Delete your BuildConnect account
You can request permanent deletion of your BuildConnect account and associated data at any time. This applies to accounts created on the BuildConnect app or website.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile, photos, and portfolio (if you're a builder) are permanently removed
- Your project history, messages, and quotes are deleted
- Active projects with pending payments must be resolved before deletion completes
- Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax or fraud purposes)
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.

Submit this form with the email linked to your BuildConnect account. We'll confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
